Handling Internal Conflicts

"Mind says one thing, heart says another"
"There are too many thoughts in my mind about one single problem"
"Just can't decide between heart and mind" 

"Relax, its not a major conflict. It's your own life, your own thoughts and still you are choosing to create a conflict with your own self." 
It's true that at times, mind says one thing and heart says another.Your mind tries to influence you with your surrounding and your heart tries to influence you with your emotions.Understand that neither of them are wrong in doing so, it's a part of their duty to help you find solutions to your problems.

For handling Internal Conflicts all what you need to do is to:
  1. Calm yourself down, give some peace and relaxation to your mind and heart. 
  2. Narrow down the solutions given by both of them.
  3. Always keep in mind that your problem and its related situations and circumstances should be the one to choose the thoughts from your mind and heart to finally have a solution. 
  4. Decide the solution wisely. Because at times your heart's decision can be correct. So do what your heart says, you don't have to please anyone in this world. Other times your mind's decision can be correct  because you can't live your life only with emotions. Therefore keeping the situation and circumstances related to your problem in your mind is very essential for deciding a solution.
  5. Practicality also plays a major role while handling internal conflicts between mind and heart.

Major tips to Handle the Internal Conflict:
  • If you are going through phase of such internal conflicts, remember both your mind and heart at the end belong to you, so just pick a wiser thought.
  • Handling such internal conflicts needs you to act wiser, to be patient and gentle with your own self.
  • Don't make your internal conflict a life issue, it's not a fight, it's just a phase in life where your mind and heart are having different thoughts. Therefore treat the conflict as a phase of your life and let it pass.
  • Simply choose a wiser thought  to your problem.

Don't you love yourself enough to learn how to let go things for your own happiness and peace?

For getting over all the above narrated mind conflicts and issues, you only need to learn to manage your own self: what we termed it in the post tittle as Self Management.✌🏼

The first and the most crucial step here is to keep Loving your own self. Love yourself enough to not let people hurt you with their behaviours.✅

Why are you even expecting them to be good with you? 
Only because the other person is your partner, family member or a friend? 
Understand, it's not their personal responsibility to keep you happy, it's Your Primary Duty to keep Yourself Happy.πŸ˜‡

  • Learn to let go things instead of tolerating them

  • If you are a sensitive person, learn to respect your emotion, being sensitive isn't a bad thing
  • If you are a soft- hearted person, learn to accept that not everyone is as soft hearted as you
  • If you are too good to fit in the circle where you think people are bad, make your own circle because there are similar people like you out there

Remember you are the master of Your Own Life and therefore don't let anyone else have control over your mood and emotions.πŸ™ŒπŸ»
Managing yourself is not a task, all what you need is to love yourself first and the rest follows automatically.πŸ––πŸ»

The one sole and obvious answer to this is NO, everyone in the world has a set of their own problems, its connected emotions, mind conflicts and struggles.
Asking them to console you and give you their time in your rough phase of life adds up to their existing problems.πŸ™‚

So why don't you help your own self?
Remember: 'Self Help is the Best Help.✌🏼

Now let's talk about the common custom of sharing your problems with your close pals and family members, and it's said that sharing your problems with others helps to lighten your heart,
Correct, it does help. But does it solves your problems completely? and think further, doesn't this adds up to their own stress and worries?

Be your Own Counsellor✨

“I think my best friend knows me better”
“No one understands me better than my sister”

“Are you sure about these things? Do they really know you better than you know your own self?”

Think.....πŸ’¬
“Not really” 
Right ?

Because the reality is slightly different from your thoughts. It’s not that the world knows you better, it’s only you who has made others to know you in a certain manner and that’s how they know you✔️.

Every time when you are feeling low, helpless and lost in your problems, remember one thing ‘Time heals’. So relax, give yourself sometime and hold on to patience and faith because god never tests a human beyond his bearing capacity.πŸ’―
So as a counsellor tell yourself to hold on to patience and faith firmly in all the rough and tough times.

Next, think about solutions and communicate with your own self  rather than crying over your problems. Are your tears going to heal you? The answer is No...,so wipe your tears, be optimistic be brave and find a solution. 

 Have a counselling session with your own self, choose your favourite place, grab your favourite food, smile a little, show up some courage and with a strong heart and cool mind think about all the possible solutions to your problem.
Because it’s said ‘Every problem has a solution’.✅

Failure: Your Tutor

“Do you fear failures?”
“You certainly do”

It’s okay to fear failures but it’s not okay to lose yourself in those failures. 
So for now with a positive mind and calm spirit get  ready to walk into these 3 simple steps:✅
  1. Recollect: Do you remember how afraid you were of your primary school teacher, how quietly you sat on the bench when she arrived and how religiously everyday you completed your homework.You still had to go to the school everyday.Remembered those days ? Don’t lie to yourself that you weren’t afraid of your teachers in childhood. 
  2. Understand: Now you are an adult, is your teacher around you? monitoring you? No she isn’t there any longer and your fear already started fading since long and now it has disappeared completely. Similarly make your failures your teacher and that fear will also start fading sooner. 
  3. Implement: Now that you have understood fears fade by passing day, why do you want to fear your failures and hold yourself back. Don’t fear failures and from now do everything which you always wanted to. If you fail in it, make failure your teacher and keep monitoring yourself and see the positive outcomes.


Success: Isn't Permanent

" I want to conquer the World," "I want to earn limitless," I want to be in the list of most successful people in this world" .... and then what⁉️
Is a human still satisfied with it? Probable answer is still 'No' as its rightly said 'Human nature is never satisfied.'

To Achieve your Real Success, Aim to conquer your mind so that it doesn't distracts you from achieving your goals.Stick to your goals because you are capable to fulfill it, not because I am saying it but because it’s  you who has decided the goal and don't forget you know your potentials better than anyone else.☑️

How well do you know yourself ?”

This sole thought that I know myself enough is the sole reason because of which you are not achieving your goals, not able to catch hold on your aims and this is the reason you think life is tough.πŸ™‚

The one requirement for every human to be happy in this world is for him to Indentify himself.πŸ’―

And how do you do it ?🀷🏼‍♂️🀷🏼‍♀️
So it’s gonna be simple for now just take a deep breathe, find a good corner in your room and close your eyes for next few seconds.πŸ•‘πŸ†—

The air around seems positive now. Your eyes, mind and heart are open and all set to grapse the next wordsπŸ’« 
Firstly,

The biggest favour you will do on your ownself is to not compare yourself with others, and that’s how you clear the first step of identifying yourself- i.e Making and maintaining your individuality✅

next is..,
Character:have a clear vision and don’t let your mind play double roles about your character, stick to the character you think fits best in this world and that makes you identify the kind of nature you possess.✅

Don’t let your strength become your pride and don’t let your weakness destroy you completely, find a mid way between these two attributes of yours and once you figure it out you have reached your destination where you control yourself because you know yourself better than before now.‼️😎
